Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support the day-to-day administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should be reliable, physically fit, and capable of handling office errands efficiently. The candidate must own a valid driving license and have experience riding a motorcycle.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other office-related materials.
Visit banks, government offices, courier offices, and other locations for official work.
Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory when required.
Assist with photocopying, filing, scanning, and other basic office tasks.
Support administrative staff with day-to-day office activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned outdoor tasks using a motorcycle.




Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass.
Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License (mandatory).
Must have experience in riding a motorcycle safely.
Honest, punctual, and well-mannered.
Physically fit and willing to travel locally for office work.

Preferred Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local routes and locations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience
0–2 years of experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
This role is ideal for candidates who are disciplined, and comfortable handling both indoor office support and outdoor official errands.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
