Translog International Services Pvt. Ltd. is a growing logistics company specializing in freight forwarding, transportation, project logistics, warehousing, and supply chain solutions across India and the GCC. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our freight forwarding team.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate import and export shipments by air, sea, and land.
Arrange transportation with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers.
Obtain freight quotations and negotiate rates with carriers and vendors.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Delivery Orders, and other logistics documents.
Track shipments from origin to destination and provide timely updates to customers.
Coordinate with overseas agents, customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handle shipment scheduling, delivery planning, and resolve operational issues.
Monitor shipment milestones and ensure timely loading, transit, customs clearance, and delivery.
Maintain shipment records, prepare reports, and update internal tracking systems.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business,



or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
Valuable knowledge of import/export documentation and freight forwarding processes.
Solid communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and perform under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transport vendors.
Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping documentation.
Familiarity with GCC or Middle East logistics operations is an advantage.
