Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Executive – Export Logistics to manage end-to-end ocean freight export operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in export documentation, customs procedures, container planning, and coordination with shipping lines, Customs House Agents (CHA), transporters, and customers to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.

Key Requirements - 5–10 years of experience in ocean freight and export logistics.
Expertise in export/import documentation and shipping documentation.
Solid knowledge of Customs House Agent (CHA) processes and customs regulations.
Experience in container planning, booking, and allotment with shipping lines.
Valuable understanding of JNPT operations and Indian Customs clearance procedures.




Experience in food container exports will be an added advantage.
Prior experience with a freight forwarding company, logistics agency, or CHA is preferred.
Ability to coordinate with shipping lines, customs, transporters, and customers.
Robust documentation accuracy and compliance management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics documentation systems.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Willingness to travel as required for operational needs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
