Role Description This Logistics Internship is an on-site role based in Vadodara. The intern will assist with day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and updating internal systems and records.

Responsibilities include communicating with courier partners and customers, preparing documentation for domestic and international consignments, and supporting the resolution of shipment-related issues.



The intern will also help optimize processes within the center or franchise, maintain accurate data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on exposure to logistics workflows and channel partner management within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Foundational knowledge or robust interest in logistics, supply chain management, or operations.

Ability to work with data, maintain accurate records, and use basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, logistics software, email tools).

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with customers, courier partners, and internal teams.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.

Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to process changes.

Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Comfort working on-site in Vadodara and collaborating in a diverse, inclusive team setting.
