Hiring for .Net Production support with experience from 5 to 11 Years

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for .NET applications
Monitor application health, alerts, and batch jobs to ensure availability
Troubleshoot application issues related to .NET, IIS, SQL Server, and integrations
Perform incident management, including prioritization, resolution, and escalation
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive fixes
Support deployment, configuration, and release activities
Perform application restarts, configuration changes, and hotfix deployments as per SOP
Handle service requests, problem tickets, and change requests
Coordinate with development teams for code-related fixes and enhancements
Provide on-call or 247 support as per support roster
Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Ensure compliance with SLA, OLA, and ITIL processes
