Urgently required VMC 5 Axis Milling Operator

Qualification- 12th / ITI/ Diploma/Engineering

Experience- 3 to 10 Years, relevant experience in machining, preferably in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or medical device manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Setup

Preparing the machine for operation by mounting workpieces, setting tools, and adjusting machine parameters.

Operation

Operating the 5-axis Mazak, Doosan, DMG machine to produce parts according to specifications.

Quality Control

Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet required dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.

Maintenance

Performing routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting machine malfunctions.

Reading Technical Drawings

Interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to understand machining requirements.

Tool Selection

Choosing the correct cutting tools, fixtures, and other equipment for each job.

Process Improvement

Identifying prospects to improve machining processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
