Job Title: MIS Analyst Python & Advanced Excel

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Analyst with robust analytical skills to manage business reports, automate reporting processes, and generate actionable insights. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Python and Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyse large datasets and provide business insights to stakeholders.
Automate manual reporting processes using Python.
Create interactive dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel.
Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.
Work closely with business teams to understand reporting requirements.




Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely report delivery.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and management presentations.

Mandatory Skills
Python (Pandas, NumPy, OpenPyXL/Xlwings)
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas)
Dashboard creation and data visualisation
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
