Job Title: MIS & Operations Executive

Location: Sector 19, Gurgaon Industry: Rugs & Home Furnishing

Salary: 20,000 – 35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, active, and detail-oriented MIS & Operations Executive to join our growing rug company. The ideal candidate should have excellent data management skills and be comfortable handling day-to-day operational tasks, including website updates, dispatch coordination, returns management, and sales support. The role also requires occasional visits to product photoshoots for operational assistance.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain product and sales data.
Extract data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
Upload product information, images, and other details to the company website.
Coordinate dispatches and manage return orders.
Support sales operations by maintaining records and tracking orders.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of operational activities.




Visit product photoshoots when required and assist with coordination.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Data Entry, Operations, or Sales Support.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
Experience with website data uploads or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Smart, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
Good communication and coordination skills.
