Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-driven MIS / Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across departments in our food manufacturing business. The role involves generating reports, analyzing trends, and maintaining databases to ensure operational efficiency and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain MIS reports for production, inventory, sales, and procurement.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards for cross-functional teams.
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and insights.
Prepare reports related to wastage, cost analysis, and process efficiency.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to collect and validate data.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel macros or BI tools.
Maintain master data and ensure data accuracy across all reports and systems.
Support management in planning and forecasting activities.




Assist in implementing and improving ERP/MIS systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Analytics, IT, or a related field.
Approximately 2 years of experience in MIS or data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA).
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SQL or ERP systems (SAP/Tally) preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
