As a Lateral Recruiter at Spes, you will be an integral part of our team, focused on identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent for our clients. Your role will be pivotal in fulfilling the unique hiring requirements across various sectors, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring firms.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and internal databases, to identify and attract high-quality passive and active candidates.
Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Database Management:



Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking systems with accuracy.

Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on lateral recruitment.
Freshers with an exceptional understanding of jobs, job markets, and the recruitment landscape are also welcome to apply.
