Job Responsibilities You will mainly be responsible for support of our pathology lab software.
Support
Support the labs in using the software and resolve queries.
Ensure support tickets are resolved in time.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
General
Keep track of customer feedback and suggest improvements to the software.
Stay updated on new features and updates in the software.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
