Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Manual Test Engineer with hands-on experience in SWIFT Payments and the Banking & Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of payment processing, SWIFT messaging, and end-to-end testing of domestic and international payment applications.

Key Responsibilities
Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Design, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business requirements.
Validate end-to-end payment processing for domestic and international payment transactions.
Test payment channels including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, Payment Gateway, SFMS, and SWIFT.
Validate SWIFT MT message formats including MT103, MT202, MT940, MT942, MT111, and MT112.
Understand and validate payment workflows involving cross-border payments, remittances,



and fund transfers.
Perform backend data validation using SQL queries.
Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Log, track, and verify defects using Jira, ALM, or similar defect management tools.
Prepare test reports and collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
Support UAT, production validation, and issue resolution.

Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in Manual Testing.
Hands-on experience in SWIFT Payments Testing.
Robust understanding of SWIFT MT messages (MT103, MT202, MT940, MT942, MT111, MT112).
Knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT payment processing.
Experience testing NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, Payment Gateway, and SFMS transactions.
Positive understanding of Banking & Financial Services domain.
Experience with SQL for database validation.
Hands-on API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
