Peon – Job Responsibilities Open and close the office on time. Maintain cleanliness of office premises, cabins, pantry, and meeting rooms. Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

Deliver and collect documents, files, and parcels within and outside the office. Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing of documents. Assist with courier dispatch and collection. Purchase office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and other required materials.

Support administrative staff with day-to-day office tasks. Receive visitors and guide them to the appropriate department. Maintain stock of office stationery and pantry items. Assist during meetings by arranging seating, refreshments, and conference rooms.

Deposit cheques, collect documents from banks, government offices, or vendors when required. Ensure office equipment and furniture are properly arranged and maintained. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the administration department.
