Document responses accurately and analyze feedback trends.
Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive interaction with customers.
Audio & Video Auditing:
Review and assess audio and video content for quality and compliance.
Identify and report inconsistencies or issues in content.
Work closely with relevant teams to improve content standards.
Who Can Apply
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Comfortable making calls and interacting with customers.
Basic understanding of audio/video quality assessment is a plus.
Available to work from Unacademys Bangalore office for 3 months.
