The MIS Executive will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the data and reporting infrastructure that supports business decisions across sales, operations, marketing, and management. This is a cross-functional role that requires both technical proficiency and business understanding.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organised, and capable of converting raw data into clean, actionable reports that management can act on — without needing to ask twice.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports across regions, dealer accounts, product categories, and sales personnel
Maintain and update dealer-wise sales analysis — SKU-level, brand-level, and month-on-month comparison
Track secondary sales data from the field and reconcile with primary dispatch data
Identify trends, spikes, drops, and anomalies in sales data and flag to management proactively
Build and maintain sales dashboards accessible to the sales team and management

Dealer & Account Management Support
Maintain the dealer master database — party codes,



regions, credit limits, classification, and contact information
Track dealer-wise outstanding, payment cycles, and overdue accounts in coordination with accounts
Support the Dealer Loyalty Programme (RPI PRO Partners) with tier tracking, purchase volume monitoring, and advantage eligibility reports
Provide SKU-level purchase analysis for individual dealers on request

MIS Infrastructure & Process
Design, maintain, and improve Excel/Google Sheets-based reporting templates used across departments
Automate recurring reports wherever possible to reduce manual effort
Maintain data integrity across all systems — ensure consistency between ERP data, manual records, and management reports
Generate ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by management — often with short turnaround requirements

Pay: ₹25,032.00 - ₹35,446.03 per month
