Requirements
Robust understanding of up-to-date software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while leading others through problem solving.
Proficiency in C#.NET.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, performance optimization, stored procedures, and advanced troubleshooting.
Experience in application design, root cause analysis, and development of shared or reusable components.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with GitHub Copilot (Similar platforms may be considered)
Experience with Agentic workflows
Experience with Agents, Skills and Instructions.
Understanding security engineering principles and their application.
