Requirements

MBBS with MD/MS in Orthopedics or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation clinical experience in orthopedic surgery.

Proven expertise in trauma management, Total Knee Replacement (TKR), and Total Hip Replacement (THR).

Proficiency in using modern surgical instruments and orthopedic implants.

Solid understanding of pre-operative planning, intraoperative precision, and post-operative care protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and healthcare teams.

Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).

Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous qualified growth.

Willingness to work in a high-volume, quick-paced clinical setting with rotating shifts and on-call duties.
