Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and network security while ensuring high availability and performance of the organization's IT network.

Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN networks.
Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and VPN.
Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot network outages and provide timely resolution.
Coordinate with ISPs for internet connectivity and leased line issues.
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory.




Ensure network security through firewall policies and access controls.
Support end users for network-related issues.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and VPN.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Juniper, or similar networking devices.
Experience managing firewalls such as Fortinet, Sophos, SonicWall, or Palo Alto.
Basic understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP (preferred), or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
