Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Supervise fabrication, assembly, welding, erection, and outfitting activities.
Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, procurement, and planning teams.
Ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications and client requirements.
Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and work progress in office.
Ensure optimal utilization of resources including manpower, machinery, and materials.
Track production targets and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Maintain strict compliance with safety standards and shipyard regulations.
Review quality issues and coordinate rework or corrective actions with QA/QC team.
Prepare daily progress reports, MIS reports, and production status updates.
Manage subcontractors and ensure their performance meets company standards.
