Monitor data center infrastructure using tools like SolarWinds.
Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN network links and reporting any service level issues.
Help resolve basic network-related issues.
Support implementation of changes to network hardware under supervision.
Respond to tickets related to network and VPN issues.
Coordinate with vendors for data center infrastructure and network services.
Assist in taking backups of network devices and upgrading software (IOS).
Help prepare basic technical documentation and reports.
Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
