Conduct call audits, team meetings, and prepare performance reports.
Oversee recruitment, coaching, roster management, and attrition control.
Job Requirements:
2–4 years of team leadership experience in outbound collections.
Solid skills in monitoring performance and inspiring teams.
Proficiency in coaching, report generation, and workforce planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
