Key Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for designated business units.
Understand business goals and align HR strategies to supportthem.
Drive onboarding and assimilation for recent hires to ensure faster productivity and engagement.
Conduct HR interviews for entry and mid-level roles.
Execute employee engagement activities across the business units.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conduct preliminary investigations where needed.
Communicate policy updates and ensure consistent interpretation.
Monitor discipline, attendance management, and contractual workforce governance.
Use HR dashboards to track key metrics such asattrition, absenteeism,manpowercosts, and productivity.
Provideactionable insights and propose interventions based on data trends.
Prepare monthly HRBP reports and share them with management.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
