Full Time B.Sc / B.E/B.Tech/ Diploma Metallurgy (overall min 50%))
:-
Hands on Experience Ladle Refining Furnace operations &Vacuum; Degassing operations.
Hands on Experience in Alloy Steel making.
Maintaining Steel Chemistry with allowing addition.
Making Steel grades as per Planning with standard operating Procedure
Co-ordination with EAF, Con-cast & Maintenance department.
Time Management to avoid production delays.
Working in shifts & Making shift Reports.
Ensuring safety while working.
