Role Description The Outreach Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will support outreach initiatives by identifying and researching potential attendees, partners, and communities relevant to founders, investors, and startup leaders. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting outreach messages, managing communication across email and social channels, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate contact and interaction records.

The role involves coordinating with the core team to help curate event guest lists,



assist with pre-event communication, and support on-the-ground community engagement during events. The intern will also contribute to feedback collection, basic reporting, and process improvements to strengthen outreach efforts.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and qualified Writing for emails and outreach messages.

Customer Service and Community Outreach abilities to engage respectfully with founders, investors, and startup specialists.

Research skills to identify relevant individuals, communities, and organizations within the startup ecosystem.

Interest in startups, venture capital, and networking-focused events; prior involvement in student clubs or community initiatives is a plus.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in documentation and follow-ups.

Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or contact management software); willingness to learn recent platforms.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field; backgrounds in business, communications, or related areas are beneficial.
