Description:
Execution of multi-step synthesis of projects which are transferred or developed in R&D; lab.
Depending on the project requirements, performing lab experiments to gather process understanding.
Monitoring validation batches in R&D; lab as well as plant.
Trouble shooting during commercial scale-up.
Interpretation & characterization report of working standard, Key starting material & its related substances before submitting QC/ADL dept.
Review & performance of daily verification and scheduled calibration.
Document preparation related to R&D.;
Training to subordinate.
Qualifications
Education:
B. Pharm B. Pharm - Required
Master Degree (MS/MA) M. Sc. - Preferred
Experience:
2 years or more in 2 - 5 Years
