Monitor and support LAN, WAN, MPLS, Internet, and VPN connectivity.
Troubleshoot network incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless devices.
Perform firewall policy implementation and troubleshooting.
Handle routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and static routing.
Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues.
Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for circuit-related issue
