We are seeking a Lead Specialist – BI who has demonstrated experience in team handling and end-to-end project management within the BI domain. You will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing project appraisals, and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple live and upcoming projects. This role requires strong communication skills and a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of BI specialists, including involvement in team appraisals.
Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of BI projects.
Manage multiple live projects concurrently, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
Drive project initiatives from conception through to completion, ensuring all phases are managed effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members,



fostering their professional growth.
Ensure effective communication within the team and with all relevant stakeholders.

Skills Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling as a manager.
Proven involvement in appraisals.
Experience managing at least 4 end-to-end projects.
Currently managing 2 live projects.
Valuable Communication Skills (verbal and written).
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a energetic environment.

QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience.
