Job Summary

Responsible for managing the overall operations of the Mount Ridge convention center and serviced apartments, ensuring excellent guest experiences, smooth event execution, effective facility management, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall operations of the convention center, banquet facilities, and serviced apartments.
Ensure seamless execution of weddings, corporate events, conferences, and social functions.
Lead and manage front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and operations teams.
Deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally.
Plan staff schedules, monitor performance, and drive team productivity.
Ensure the property is clean, protected, and well-maintained at all times.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations.




Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and improve overall profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Maintain robust coordination across departments to achieve operational excellence and maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in hotel, resort, convention center, or serviced apartment operations.
Proven leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
