We are looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end farm and project operations across multiple locations. This role demands a hands-on leader who can ensure smooth execution, manage on-ground teams, and drive operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards across all projects.

Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end farm operations including setup, execution, and maintenance
Ensure timely project completion within defined scope and quality standards
Monitor daily activities across multiple farm sites
Lead and manage site engineers, agronomists, and field teams
Coordinate with internal teams sales, technical, and procurement




Develop and implement SOPs for farm operations and execution workflows
Manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors ensure timely resource availability
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for smooth project execution
Monitor farm performance and implement best practices in contemporary, sustainable agriculture
Identify operational challenges and take corrective actions quickly

Requirements
5+ years of experience in operations (agriculture, hydroponics, infrastructure, or project-based roles preferred)
Robust experience managing on-ground teams and multiple sites
Proven ability to execute projects end-to-end
Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
Experience in vendor and stakeholder management
Solid leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
