We are looking for a passionate and experienced Network Engineering Trainer to train students and aspiring IT professionals in networking technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training on networking concepts.
Train students on CCNA concepts, including:
Network Fundamentals
IP Addressing &
Subnetting
Routing &
Switching
VLANs, STP, EtherChannel
OSPF, Static Routing
ACLs &
NAT
DHCP, DNS
IPv6 Basics
Network Security Fundamentals
Conduct hands-on lab sessions using Cisco Packet Tracer and/or real networking equipment.
Prepare training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
Assess student performance through quizzes and practical evaluations.
Guide students in interview preparation, resume building, and career development.
Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).
Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing &
Switching.
Experience with Cisco routers and switches.
Hands-on experience with Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, or similar simulators.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a easy and practical way.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
CCNA certification (Preferred).
1–3+ years of networking or training experience.
Industry experience as a Network Engineer or System Engineer is an added advantage.
