Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage technology projects from conception to completion, focusing on web and mobile applications across domains,
Ensuring they meet business requirements, deadlines, and budget constraints.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, quality, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure explicit understanding of project objectives and progress.
Manage project resources, including allocating tasks, tracking team performance, and adjusting project plans as necessary.
Oversee vendor selection and management, ensuring products and services meet project requirements and quality standards.
Handle client interactions, including gathering requirements, providing project updates,



and ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and making necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
Implement project management best practices and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to ensure productive and effective project delivery.
Address and resolve project issues and roadblocks, facilitating decision-making and escalations as necessary.
Prepare and deliver project documentation and reports, ensuring all project deliverables are met and stakeholders are informed of project status.
