Key Responsibilities:

P&L; & Financial Management:
Own the P&L; for all residences in the cluster and ensure overall profitability.
Maintain strict control over operational costs.

Customer Experience Management:
Own NPS scores for the cluster and implement projects to enhance customer satisfaction.
Oversee delivery of services including food, hospitality, internet, laundry, and security.

Team Management & Training:
Hire Residence Captains and train them to manage operations at each residence.
Mentor and motivate on-ground teams to deliver exceptional service.

Technology & Process Implementation:
Implement recent tools developed by the Technology team and ensure effective adoption.
Continuously improve operational processes for efficiency and quality.
