Role Description This full time, on-site Owner role at Foundever in Hyderabad is responsible for overseeing overall business operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring sustainable profitability. The Owner leads day-to-day activities including setting organizational goals, monitoring performance metrics, and aligning teams with business priorities. The role involves managing key client relationships, supervising service delivery quality, and making data-driven decisions to improve processes and customer experience.

The Owner also handles budgeting and resource allocation, guides senior leaders, and fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and compliance with company policies and local regulations. Regular responsibilities include reviewing operational reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and representing the organization in high-impact internal and external meetings.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in business ownership, executive leadership, or senior management within services or customer experience-focused organizations.





Solid strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving growth and operational efficiency.

Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing key performance indicators.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and build long-term client relationships.

Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and governance practices relevant to large-scale operations and local regulatory requirements.

Capability to work in office in Hyderabad and maintain a hands-on approach to overseeing daily operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.

Experience in the contact center, BPO, or customer experience industry is highly beneficial.
