We are seeking a seasoned person with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules to lead our HCM team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in HCM modules and have a proven track record of successfully managing and completing at least five end-to-end implementation projects. Additionally, they should exhibit strong people management skills.
Roles and responsibilities
Manage the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation Management , Perks , Payroll , Absence Management , Oracle Recruiting Cloud , Workforce Management, HR Help Desk and Security.
Develop strategic plans for Oracle HCM Cloud systems deployment and enhancements.
Oversee the gathering of business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions to meet those needs.
Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants and leads.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated financial processes.
Ensure documentation such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts and user training materials are created and maintained.
Manage budgets and timelines for financial systems projects.
Recruit, train, and manage team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team setting.
Requirements:
Education - B.Tech./MCA/MBA or bachelor’s degree in science, Computer Science , Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
More than 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
More than 5 years of experience as a Functional Lead / Architect with Oracle HCM Cloud
Expertise in at least 3 HCM Modules.
Proven experience in managing at least 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
