Responsibilities
Monitor delinquent accounts and ensure timely recovery to maintain a healthy portfolio.
Handle NIA and arbitration cases, experience in recovery and legal processes dealing in fraud cases.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal agreements, contracts, and documents.
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Collaborate with internal departments.
Assist in managing legal documentation and records.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a reputed institute.
Proven minimum experience of 5 years, including about 3 years of working in a legal department of an NBFC.
Sound knowledge of NBFC regulations and other relevant legal frameworks.
