Job Title: Mobilization Executive (Education Company) Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Mobilization Executive to promote our education and skill development courses such as Banking, Finance and Insurance {BFSI . The candidate will be responsible for generating student leads through meeting the college authorities, conduct seminars, work shops.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to colleges / coaching institutes, and local communities. Organize awareness campaigns, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities. Generate student leads and maintain a lead database.

Counsel prospective students about available courses and career prospects. Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team for student follow-ups. Build relationships with educational institutions and local organizations.

Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.



Submit daily field activity and lead generation reports.

Eligibility: Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream) Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally for visits. Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
