Key Responsibilities

Office &
Operations Coordination
Coordinate daily office operations and ensure smooth inter-departmental communication.
Track pending activities and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
Support management in day-to-day operational planning.

Vendor &
Procurement Coordination
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and service providers for timely procurement and deliveries.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Production Coordination
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely execution of manufacturing schedules.
Monitor material availability and production timelines.
Resolve operational issues to avoid delays.

Logistics &
Dispatch
Coordinate dispatches with transporters and logistics partners.
Ensure timely deliveries and maintain dispatch records.
Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues.

Reporting &
Documentation
Maintain operational records, purchase orders and vendor documentation.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.




Ensure compliance with company processes and timelines.

Required Skills
Strong office administration and coordination skills.
Experience in vendor management and commercial negotiations.
Knowledge of production planning and logistics coordination.
Excellent follow-up and task management abilities.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and ERP software (preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
510 years of experience in operations, administration, production coordination or logistics.
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or food processing industries preferred.
Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
Preference will be given to experienced female candidates who can join immediately.
