Preferred candidate profile
5 - 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or HR.
Experience in managing learning programs and working knowledge of LMS and behavioral assessments such as Hogan, Gallup Clifton Strengths etc.
Exposure to leadership development, DEI initiatives and compliance learning is preferred.
