Desired Qualification and experience : Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 10 to 12 years of experience

-Valuable knowledge in establishing Preventive Maintenance system for the manufacturing set up.
Knowledge in establishing TPM with suitable KPI’s like MTTR, MTBF etc.
Sound knowledge of PLC based machine, Robotic and

Cobots trouble shooting.
Must be well versed with the handling utility infrastructure along with meeting the statutory requirement.
Sound in planning, executing the infrastructural projects for the manufacturing set up.

-Should be a Team Leader with skill to groom/Develop members working with him.
Positive knowledge of integrating the PLC based machine with operational software of the plant and inclination to the smart factory approach.
Experience in making Departmental budget & manage spare parts inventory & monitor Daily expenditure.

-Sound knowledge in trouble shooting the mechanical/electrical issue of the SPM’s and assembly line.

Salary Range : 10 to 13 lakhs
