We are looking for a agile and technically skilled Wi-Fi Support Engineer (L1) to manage and support enterprise wireless infrastructure at Mangalore International Airport. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Wi-Fi services to ensure uninterrupted connectivity for airport operations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor Wi-Fi network health through Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC).
Monitor alarms and network performance using PRTG.
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity issues for users and airport devices.
Configure and support Cisco/Ruckus/Aruba Access Points (basic level).
Coordinate with OEM vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
Create, update, and close incident tickets in ServiceNow.
Perform routine Wi-Fi health checks and roaming validation across terminal areas.
Assist in Access Point replacement,



installation, and basic configuration.
Maintain daily operational reports and documentation.
Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS).
Understanding of Wireless Networking (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
Basic knowledge of Wireless LAN Controllers (Cisco/Aruba/Ruckus).
Experience with PRTG or any Network Monitoring Tool.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or any ITSM ticketing tool.
Basic troubleshooting of switches and network devices.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in ECE, EEE, CSE, IT or related discipline.
CCNA certification is preferred.

Immediate Joiners.
Airport, ISP, NOC, Wi-Fi or Enterprise Network support experience is an advantage.
Willing to work in 247 rotational shifts.
Ready to relocate to Mangalore.
