We are looking for a skilled Operations Team Leader with 2 to 7 years of experience to manage our warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring smooth operations and driving excellence. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing manpower, inventory, dispatch, inbound, and outbound activities.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations, including manpower, inventory, dispatch, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of productivity and process adherence.
Analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness of operations.

Job Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Experience with inventory management systems and software applications.
