Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of elevator systems.
Attend breakdown calls and restore elevator functionality within SLA time (2hr).
Check and maintain safety devices, door mechanisms, and control panels.
Update job cards and maintenance reports after each site visit.
Identify and requisition spare parts required for repairs.
Guide and support service technician trainees during field visits.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and lift act requirements at all sites.
Report critical maintenance issues to senior engineer or coordinator.
