ey Responsibilities
Generate new business for civil material testing services from builders, contractors, developers, consultants, architects, industries, and government departments.
Visit project sites, construction companies, consultants, and government offices to promote laboratory services.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up until order confirmation.
Coordinate with the laboratory and operations team to ensure timely sample collection and testing.
Identify current market opportunities and develop strategies to increase business.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and business development updates.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image in the market.
Monitor competitors' activities and provide market feedback to management.

Qualifications




MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Experience in the construction, infrastructure, testing laboratory, or engineering industry will be an added advantage.
Fresh MBA graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Confidence in meeting clients and conducting field visits.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
