Provides BIM/VDC, MEP Design, clash detection, shop drawings, construction documentation, 4D sequencing, laser scanning, and engineering support for commercial, healthcare, industrial, infrastructure, and residential projects.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeler to develop, coordinate, and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Key Responsibilities

Create and update 3D MEP models using Autodesk Revit MEP.

Develop HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection models as per project requirements.





Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.

Generate shop drawings, layouts, sections, schedules, and fabrication drawings.

Prepare models to required Levels of Development (LOD 200, 300, 350, and 400).

Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve design conflicts.

Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and project standards.

Ensure compliance with BIM standards, naming conventions, and client requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling.

Robust proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage for clash detection.

Understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.

Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and construction documentation.
