We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in plant engineering and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience maintaining CNC machines, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), and electro-mechanical equipment. Candidates with semiconductor manufacturing (fab) experience will be highly preferred.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience in plant engineering or manufacturing equipment maintenance.
Hands-on experience with CNC machine maintenance (preventive and breakdown maintenance).
Experience maintaining Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
Knowledge of electro-mechanical assemblies and industrial equipment.
Robust troubleshooting skills for mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic,



and basic electrical systems.
Experience with preventive maintenance (PM), breakdown maintenance (BM), and root cause analysis (RCA).
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
Familiarity with maintenance documentation, checklists, and safety procedures.
Valuable-to-Have Skills
Experience in a semiconductor fabrication (Fab) workplace.
Exposure to cleanroom manufacturing and precision equipment.
Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, actuators, and servo motors.
Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or Lean Manufacturing concepts.
Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, and calibration.
