Role Description The Manager – Personal Finance Trainer is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for delivering high-quality training programs on personal finance and wealth management. This role involves designing and updating training curricula, creating learning materials and tools,



and conducting interactive workshops, seminars, and one-to-one coaching sessions for clients and internal teams. Qualifications

Robust expertise in personal finance domains, such as budgeting, saving, investing, tax planning, credit management, and retirement planning.

Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, or education, including curriculum design, workshop facilitation, and creating engaging learning materials.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, relatable terms to diverse audiences.

Proven people management and stakeholder engagement skills, including mentoring team members and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA level, NISM) are an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity and ethical judgment in financial education.
