Candidates with experience in a Chartered Accountant firm will be preferred.

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Paid Assistant to support our Chartered Accountant team in accounting, taxation, auditing, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and statutory compliance while ensuring timely and accurate execution of assignments.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts using Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation for individuals, firms, and companies.
Support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and working papers.
Handle ROC-related documentation and compliance, where applicable.
Coordinate with clients for required documents and resolve accounting queries.




Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Stay updated with changes in taxation, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books is an added advantage.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
