Lead Engineer Design and Development Responsibilities:
Understand and analyze the requirements of the project.
Suggest possible solutions for the given requirements.
Realize the requirements and implement them with the highest quality and on time.
Guide project team members on technical topics.
Ensure design and implementation are in alignment with the overall architecture.

Desired Knowledge and Experience:
Over 8 years of experience in software development using C#.
Positive knowledge of C# Dot Net 4.0 or above.
Knowledge of WPF, WCF is desirable.
Strong C# or any OOPS programming skills, design principles & patterns, and a positive understanding of the overall architecture.
Past experience in the medical domain is preferred.
Well-versed with agile software development methodology.
Excellent analytical skills with a robust problem-solving attitude.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with continuous integration.
