We are expanding our product & mfg design capabilities to cater to clients worldwide Role We are looking for a Lead Engineer for a full time, in office position in Coimbatore.

You will be working on projects for US clients. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for: Leading projects, providing expert knowledge & training

3D Modeling and 2D Drawing Creation at a Product Line level

Design and development of automotive components

Design and development of structural components

Design and development of controls systems, electrical systems, pneumatic systems and hydraulics

Product Line level 3D assembly modeling and engineering data management

Systems simulation and analysis

Applying expert knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Process Planning, PFMEA, Control Plan, DFMA, Facilities Layout, Line Design, Standardized Work, Factory & Process Automation, Sequence of Events development, Mixed Model Line Design, Digital Manufacturing,



Factory Automation - Robotics, PLCs, Tool and Fixture Design

Training others when required

Performing other activities as needed Qualifications To qualify for this role, you should have: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Automobile or Mechatronics or related field

7+ to 10+ years of experience in engineering design, product development and manufacturing

Excellent working knowledge with CAD/CAM software

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, and quality teams

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies is preferred.

Solid Works or related CAD software experience is a must.
