We are looking for an O&M; Engineer to manage the operations and maintenance of commissioned Rooftop and Open Access Solar + BESS projects. The role involves plant monitoring, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, site inspections, and ensuring optimal plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Solar PV and BESS plants.
Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot generation issues.
Conduct regular site inspections across India.
Coordinate spare parts and material requirements with the Purchase team.
Prepare maintenance reports, service records, and client communication.
Support project teams with technical site assessments.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering preferred.
Basic knowledge of Solar Plant Electrical Systems (AC/DC, SLD).
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently across India.
